01 / Prepare the area
Choose the correct attachment for one goal and area. With power off, connect it to its matching port. Clean the skin and apply the contact gel specified for handheld treatment; do not work on dry skin.
02 / Select the matching mode
Switch on, choose the required language and attachment, then set mode, time and intensity. Begin with conservative settings; vacuum heads also have suction and release controls. Press start only when the attachment is ready.
03 / Glide, then clean
For the illustrated 80K body step, keep the flat metal disc in full contact with gel-coated skin and move continuously in controlled passes. Pause before lifting; power off before swapping heads or cleaning. Wipe heads dry without soaking or rinsing.
Pads are placed and secured as directed rather than glided. Settings and session length vary by attachment and area; the default timer is not a universal treatment recommendation.

What is different about this model?
SQ154B has a white console and laser + microcurrent pads. The pad set combines laser and microcurrent. The core 80K, RF, vacuum, BIO-LED, cooling and separate EMS handpiece platform is shared across A/B/C/D.
Are the pads the same as the EMS handle?
No. The pads are placed on suitable body areas for a stationary step. The separate wired EMS handle is held and applied according to its own instructions. B/D add microcurrent in the pads; A/C do not.
Which heads are for the face?
The manual identifies the 3- and 4-pole RF heads and BIO microcurrent + LED for suitable facial areas. It also lists the small vacuum + RF head for controlled facial use. Keep the 80K head, body pads and larger body heads off the face; never place a head directly on the eyes.
How does vacuum massage work?
Negative pressure draws skin gently into the cup while RF adds warmth. Set suction and release for comfortable, controlled massage. This differs from a traditional scraping tool; the comb-shaped BIO head is a separate microcurrent + LED accessory.
What results should I expect?
The treatment menu targets more defined-looking body contours, firmer-looking skin, smoother skin texture and facial fine lines. Outcomes depend on the selected attachment, routine and individual skin; no fixed session count, inch loss or permanent result is promised.
Do I need contact gel?
The manual requires an appropriate contact medium for handheld treatment and warns against working on dry skin. Follow the medium specified for each head. Gel is not listed here as an included item.
How do I operate and clean it?
Connect attachments with power off. Choose the matching screen mode, intensity and timer, then start. Keep handheld treatment controlled and comfortable, pause before removing the head and power off before changing it. Clean with a dry cloth and keep liquid out of ports; do not rinse or immerse.
What should I know before use?
Read the supplied manual and its use restrictions before starting. Avoid broken or irritated skin, direct eye contact and the front of the throat. Remove metal jewelry from the area and stop if treatment becomes painful or unusually hot. Never swap probes while the console is operating.
