448 kHz · CAP + RES SYSTEM

SQ185 448K Fever Master

A professional diathermy-style beauty machine built around 448 kHz deep warming. Two complementary probes — capacitive CAP ceramic and resistive RES metal — a JMD fascia device and a stainless-steel negative plate cover face and body from one touch-screen console.

448 kHz Deep Warming CAP + RES Probes 8 Interchangeable Heads 99 Energy Levels

Deep Warmth, Comfortably Controlled

The 448K probe delivers a continuous thermal current through the skin, inputting steady heat energy into the area under treatment — engineered to feel warm, never burning. Four instruments share one console: the CAP ceramic probe, the RES deep-heat probe, the JMD fascia device and the negative electrode patch that completes the circuit.

CAP Ceramic Probe — Surface-Focused Warming

The capacitive CAP probe works through heat conduction toward the superficial, water-rich soft layers. Four ceramic heads snap on and off to match the area: Φ70 mm and Φ60 mm for the body, Φ30 mm and 35 × 20 mm for the face. Set the timer anywhere from 0 to 99 minutes (30-minute default) and dial energy through 99 levels on the function panel.

RES Metal Probe — Deep Internal Warming

The resistive RES probe is the deep-heat counterpart: temperature acts on the deeper layers while the surface stays comfortable. Its panel adds RF / EMS switching and four output modes (M1–M4). Four polished metal heads — Φ70, Φ60, Φ40 and Φ34 mm — swap freely between body and facial work.

JMD Fascia Device — Microcurrent with Adjustable Heat

Shaped to follow the lines of the muscles, the JMD fascia device adds a microcurrent mode to the system with its own dual adjustment: 99 energy levels plus 20 heat levels, across four output modes. Its wide, contoured head covers large body areas in long, gliding strokes.

The Negative Plate Completes the Loop

Every CAP, RES and fascia session runs through the stainless-steel negative patch. Placed against the client, it closes the electrical current loop so energy travels through the target area instead of concentrating at the probe. The metal core is wrapped in silicone rubber to avoid energy focusing and hot spots on the skin, and a 1.6 m lead gives flexible positioning.

Stainless steel · silicone wrapped 1.6 m lead Required for every session

A Session in Three Steps

1 · Place the Patch

Position the stainless-steel negative patch against the client to complete the circuit, then choose the probe and head for the area.

2 · Set Time & Energy

On the touch screen, set the timer (default 30 minutes, up to 99) and start at a low energy level, increasing gradually to comfort.

3 · Glide, Never Hold

Press the probe flat against the skin, tap Start, and keep it sliding at all times — never hold it in one position. Tap Pause before lifting it away.

Area guide from the manual: thighs — push from the bottom up toward the groin; hips — slide along the muscle texture toward the waist; back — counterclockwise circles, up and down; arms — from the inner elbow toward the underarm; abdomen — circle around the navel from small to large. For the face, use a facial head from the bottom up, 5–8 minutes recommended. Clients must remove all metal items before a session.

FAQ

What is this machine designed for?
It is a professional cosmetic warming device for face and body care. The 448 kHz system combines a CAP ceramic probe (surface-focused warming), an RES metal probe (deep warming), a JMD microcurrent fascia device and a negative plate, all driven from one touch-screen console.
How long is one session?
The timer defaults to 30 minutes and is adjustable from 0 to 99 minutes — the machine stops automatically at zero. For facial work with a facial head, the manual recommends 5–8 minutes.
Which areas can I use it on?
Face, arms, abdomen, back, hips and thighs — each with its own movement pattern described in the manual. Always keep the probe gliding; never hold it in one spot.
Why is the negative plate required?
The stainless-steel patch closes the current loop through the body, so the energy path runs between probe and plate through the target area. Its silicone wrapping prevents energy from concentrating on the skin. No probe works without it.
Who should not use it?
Pregnant women; people with heart conditions or arrhythmia — especially cardiac pacemaker wearers; cancer, major-surgery or diabetes patients; people with epilepsy or severe hypertension; anyone with severe skin wounds or allergies; anyone with metal in the body or gold wire implanted in the face. After facial surgery, wait three months. Clients must remove all metal items before a session.
What is included and what power does it need?
The console, CAP probe with 4 ceramic heads, RES probe with 4 metal heads, JMD fascia device, negative patch with 1.6 m lead, power cord and user manual. It runs on 110–240V mains with a US / EU / UK / AU plug.

Disclaimer & Safety Notes

Disclaimer: This is a cosmetic beauty device, not medical equipment. It is only for aesthetic skin and body care use, not for disease diagnosis or treatment. Pregnant women, minors, people with internal metal implants, medical electronic devices, severe chronic diseases, skin injuries and those wearing any metal accessories are prohibited from using. Please use it correctly and stop use once discomfort occurs. All effects vary by individual physical condition.

Product-specific safety notes (from the user manual):

âś“ Prohibited users: pregnant women; people with heart disease or arrhythmia (especially cardiac pacemakers); cancer, major-surgery or diabetes patients; people with epilepsy or severe hypertension; severe skin wounds or allergies; metal in the body or facial gold-wire implants. Facial surgery patients may use it after three months.

✓ Keep electrodes away from the chest — proximity to the chest can increase cardiac risk. Do not use alongside short-wave or microwave equipment, and keep the machine at least 1 meter from such devices.

✓ The probe must stay in motion during operation — never hold it in one position. Increase energy gradually from a low level and check the client's comfort constantly.

âś“ Clients must not wear any metal items during a session.

✓ For facial sessions, use a facial head from the bottom up; 5–8 minutes recommended.

✓ Leave at least 5 cm of space around the machine for ventilation; operate at 0–26 °C and below 80% relative humidity. Power off and unplug before replacing the fuse.

International mains compatibility: 110–240 V AC.
